1 over 8593would have been introduced in 1896 and Y over 29 impressed is the date code for May 1929, which is when the china was made, although it might have been decorated and sold a little later. As far as I can tell that pattern has no name. Copeland Spode did many patterns with minor variations, so the big importers could claim the pattern was unique to them.
This site is about china, mainly earthenware, decorated by printing the design using a transfer technique. Spode perfected that method of printing on earthenware and has always been closly associated with such wares. He also invented bone china, which is what your cup and saucer are.
