A website, thepotteries.org, lists Edward & George Phillips using "Phillips Longport" as a mark. They operated between 1822 & 1834. George Phillips was the successor (1834 to 1848), also is listed as using "Phillips Longport" in different printed and impressed marks. It would appear that the mark could be attributed to either firm. My guess based on the transfer pattern on the front and rim/marley pattern is that it would be more likely to be attributed to George Phillips' timeframe but I don't claim expertise on this type, hopefully others have more definitive information to offer.
