Your jug may be Swansea, but there is no known definite proof. An article by Minnie Holdaway in WELSH CERAMICS IN CONTEXT PART II edited by Jonathan Gray, shows a photo of a jug very similar to yours. A proposed name is "Chinese Adults" due to a similarity to a New Hall pattern where the figures are round headed children. That pattern is known as "Chinese Children". Does the other side of your jug have a boy riding on a buffalo? The jug in Holdaway's article does.
