This transferware pattern is found on an unmarked relief molded pitcher with a conforming lid said to descend in a Canadian family. Scene is of a minister preaching to several Indians seated on the ground with the homily "Work well for your Massa So de may have a good crop Den receive your wages". Sounds more southern dialet directed toward black slaves than Canadian Indians. I'd appreciate any help. I've attached two images to help. Regards, Mary
