Your lovely covered dish was made sometime during the Copeland-Garrett period of 1833-47. It has a B pattern number of 171. If you were living in the 19th century and wanted more pieces in the pattern, you would contact the factory and request the pieces you wanted, using the pattern number B 171. No printed pattern name is seen on the piece. A friend of mine worked for a professional restoration company. She told me that more pieces are restored for sentimental reasons than monetary value. It is certainly up to you whether or not you opt to restore the lid.
