You have an example of the Pekin Japan pattern originally made by Masons and carried on by Ashworth. It is ironstone. There were many variations in the coloring. The original pattern was blue-printed. Masons used basically the same design with many different colorways. The inner and outer border on your cup are a more rare form of the pattern not seen as often. It was also made originally by Masons, but since yours is unmarked it is not possible to tell which firm is the maker. It is an interesting cup shape. There are several versions of Pekin Japan entered in the database.
