What's worst at TDCJ disrespectful supervisors or the whiny inmates. It kind of a tossup.

All of this agency’s problems center around one thing and that’s the hiring process. We hire food stamping welfare recipients, that fell out of the Fifth Ward, rednecks from Trinity, that have rotten teeth and people that come to work smelling like they haven’t had a bath in a week. From that pool of employees, we select our supervisors.
We hire 18 year olds that are already 75 pounds overweight. If they’re already that fat, what will they look like at age 40? We even hire folks that are not even United States citizens.
The little college, in Huntsville, has one of the top criminal justice programs in America. You don’t see those that graduate lining up for TDC jobs, for good reason. We have a reputation and it’s not at all good.
The inmates aren’t sh*t. You can manage them. What you have no control over is your 400 pound redneck coworkers, your coworkers that have 8 children, by 8 different “baby daddies” and your married lieutenant that’s too busy chasing females to get your overtime turned in to HR.

Remember shifts make or break a supervisor. If shift has a bad supervisor make them work for their check. You do what the state ask of you and if something happens it's above your pay grade and let the supervisor handle it. Make that supervisor run up and down earning their check.

It’s actually worse using a superlative adjective when a comparative one is indicated. After that, your argument is moot.
