So Oatmeal thinks that people whine and cry on here, well walk the walk Oatmeal. How would you make the system better. I am all ears. Do you work in gray? Do you work a unit? Do you actually work cellblocks? Are you actually qualified to comment about what goes on for the everyday officer? Or are you one of the Hendry's of the world in the Warden's office.

Lovin’ the name you gifted me. I feel honored.
I don’t think people whine and cry on here. Just one. One singular teary-eyed soul.
Your mans, or womans, Dae Dae.
Why press me for solutions to make the agency better when I am not the one consistently whining about it sucking? I ain’t got a dog in this fight. Collect my monies, pay my Netflix, watch my shows. I ain’t trying to change the culture of TDCJ. I am not trying to increase staffing. None of that. Nah.
I’m not a Team Player.
I’m just pointing out that a whole lot of y’all ain’t either.
Why is that y’all’s go-to response for those who don’t run through the four pack box of Kleenex on here is…”you must be such and such’s lackey” or y’all assume because a person ain’t whining that they must love it or not work here.
Predictable. And old.
And ya cryin’. And hypocritical. A lot of tears laced with misogyny. And pick-me energy. This aura of entitlement.
The yelps of incels.
It’s tragic, really.

I don't think the issue is whether anyone here is an incel. The issue is staffing and a better place to work. I guess you are ok with five murders. Enjoy your netflix.
