Second, the study has been completed, and whether you trust the sources or not, every person specific to the person has been recorded adverse affects as well as no affects at all. It depends on the person. I say it like this assuming you don't follow the crowd that says vaccines and autism are linked.
Safe to say, the COVID vaccine is relatively safe so long as you dont have any pre-existing conditions.
Third, glad to see you're coming back. The agency really needs the help. I realize you may have left in the first place because of conditions you didn't like, or whatever the case may be. I just ask you to stick it out, and be a leader, or at least the positive vibe in turnout.
Some COVs I work with, however disgruntled they may be, are some of the best motivators in turnout. Do your job.
Lastly, some say the nail that sticks out is the one that gets hammered. Whatever your motivation is for returning to the agency, stick to it. I put my family above all else. If I don't go to work, I don't get paid, and family doesn't eat. Simple as that, all other nuances of this agency and everything wrong with it are MEANINGLESS.
Good luck to you, stay safe, and follow all your usual good hygiene.
