When I was teaching at the In-Service Training, The place was kept clean. Each day one unit was responsible for cleaning the classrooms, grounds inside the fence and the parking lot. But that was in 1986, 86, 87 and 88. Of course a few conditions applied then that do not seem to be there in this day and age. 1. We had pride in what we were doing. 2. Everyone wore uniforms every day and were inspected every day. 3. All the instructors were Captains and the Officers knew that they had been there, done that. Not, "Oh, two months ago you were doing the same thing as a CO III/IV that you are now telling us not to do."
I will get off my soap box now. Thank you if you have read this.
