Thanks for the info. It is very informative. I'm feeling most pain in the Longhead of the Biceps Tendon. I've been doing PT at home for 4 weeks. The stretching helps but the strengthening made everything SO much worse. Now I'm stretching 4 days a week and very lightly stretching the other 3 days. It's been 6 days since I stopped strengthening exercises and yesterday was the first day I didn't have to take any ibuprofen in 2 months! Thanks for the response! I was getting paranoid thinking the cancer had spread to my shoulder!
