Hi Zoe, hope you're feeling better. I just checked the link you gave me-thank you for that. I had my post op visit with my surgeon then oncologist today and based from the pathology report, they did not recommend chemo - just radiation. Surgeon said I am healing nicely from the lumpectomy, but I didn't know that there will still be a lot of swelling involved that will last for months

Anyway, all I think about is it's a recovering pain, not a dying pain. The oncologist explained that even if my lymph nodes showed no cancer cells, and since my type of cancer is invasive, he ordered a pelvic, chest, and abdomen CT scan for me, to see if the big C has invaded other body parts. My goodness - this journey is full of surprises!
