The Meeting Place for Survivors: Ruby

Ruby I think you may be right about the falling asleep part but my hubby is a very light sleeper. He has had Crohn's Disease since he was in his early 20's and now has an ileostomy so he is back and forth to the bathroom all night. I feel so bad for him. He has not had a full night of uninterrupted sleep in over 40 years. That's tough. So my complaints are small and I feel guilty complaining when he has had so much to deal with for so long.

Yes, Ruby, do try the Somnapure if your Onc approves it. All things work different on everyone as we all know but it does seem to help me some.
