Ugh...I know just how you feel. I never sleep good and about once a week have none what so ever. So I just lay there and about 4-5 go downstairs, make coffe and watch TV. Then I'm a zombie all day and sleep better that night. My mom's advice (she was a psychologist) was to get up and go wash any dirty dishes or light cleaning. You'd end up falling asleep before you'd even start! I guess it's just the thought. Good luck!! Love, Karen H.
