Zoe - good to hear from you. Those radiologists -- aren't they a hoot?!!! After being diagnosed with meningioma around 7 years ago -- the MRI reports have gone from one meningioma for a few years, to two meningiomas, to two of different dimensions, back to one, and again back to one meningioma. Granted, these were different radiologists reading the MRIs and they were taken with different machines - but, really - I think I shall not have another one - then I don't have to worry about having MRIs!!
I feel for you -- that is an incredible amount of destruction in your spine. I am amazed you can sit and walk. You remind me of my friend who has had part of her lung removed, a plate inserted into her cervical spine through the front of her neck -- and now had surgery for a broken leg and ankle caused when her bicycle fell over on her, while training for a 15 mile bike ride. She took the train to New York to see Wicked this weekend in a wheelchair and goes to the doctor to have the hard cast put on today if the swelling is good. Some people just go on and on and on - like the Energizer Bunny (or is that Duracell??). You take care Zoe. We pray for you all the time.
