Wow! Sorry you feel this way. My intention was not to insult anyone, it was to hopefully help you deal with this terrible part of your life in a positive way. I believe everything in life is how you choose to deal with it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with crying but I would never have a therapist to tell me it's okay to cry every day. The Bible tells you that laughter is like medicine to the soul. When my sister heard me laugh, it made her feel sooo much better. It helped her deal with the whole thing. During the time I was going through chemo, I was caring for my 12 year old niece who had just lost her grandmother to pancreatic cancer. I saw her watching me with concern. I looked at her and said, Amanda...do you like my bald head? She looked at me so funny. Then I said, girl...it's a good thing I'm cute.. we both laughed and she wasn't concerned anymore. I know breast cancer is serious and I am definitely not making light of it. I cried a lot after my diagnosis. But I decided I wasn't going to cry every day. Again, I don't want to make anyone feel bad and I apologize for how it made you feel. I still believe that someone else needed to read it. Every post is not for everyone....maybe this one wasn't for you. My apologies again.
