I hear your concerns...if this would help...I do not live near family and have 1 friend who doesn't drive...except for needing a ride after surgery (because I had anesthesia)...I was able to drive myself to all my treatments..if you have concerns, the American Cancer Society has a program called "Road to Recovery" where volunteers drive you to any cancer treatments...it's free but they have to have 4 day's notice..I never felt bad the day I got the chemo, just 4-5 days later and when you are getting your next dose, it's usually in your "good week" when you've recovered and feel better...you'll do fine
