Maybe you could show him some of our posts. I don't think I'd use the PTSD diagnosis since he doesn't believe in it. Let a medical doctor give him the correct diagnosis and be sure he brings the meds she is taking.
Sure hope this all works itself out soon. I can't imagine how hard it must be for you being so far away. Praying for you too!
