Hi sorry you are here with us. Cancer sucks!
I just had a double mastectomy both nipples gone 2 weeks ago. If they are giving you the option it is your decision. With being Brca positive I personally would do it all. I don't intend to get nipples put on in any way. I have expanders in currently. My surgeons did an excellent job. I have one horizontal cut.
