I am unaware the Chuikov had a code name during the battle. If it is written, I have not come across it in any Russian books about the battle.

In William Craig’s book “Enemy at the Gate: The battle for Stalingrad” it is stated that Chuikov talked freely to some commander via radio with no codes and they did not mentioned each other’s name in there conversations.
