With heavy sorrow, I must announce that all three contractual partners; Dana Lombardy (Lombardy Studios), David Parham and myself, Russell Schulke (626 Designs, LLC.) have exited the Streets of Stalingrad tm 4th edition project/contract. My departure is based on unfulfilled contractual obligations, irreconcilable differences, and recurring half-truths.
As many of you know, I have spent the last 30 years tied to the Stalingrad battle; including speaking in the USA and Russian Federation, contribution to books on the subject, giving personal tours of my archives and amassing the world’s largest private Stalingrad museum/collection. The last ten years have been directed to personally correcting erroneous information and adding missed data in earlier versions of the Streets of Stalingrad tm game.
As I was meticulous in our contract negation, I own the new base map and my Intellectual Property (IP) for Streets of Stalingrad tm 4th edition. In layman's terms; I own all the new items that you would have seen in the 4th release, well 99.9% of them, and I make no claims to previous versions of Streets of Stalingrad tm (SOS1, SOS2 or SOS3.)
Many thanks to the Kickstarter playtest backers, 95% and five days to go, we were so close. No worries, two different companies have made me proposals, and it is very likely you see all my new information and artwork under a different title and publisher.
Russell Schulke - 626 Designs, LLC.
For Kev and Modoc31;
I am unaware of a gag order, and the removal of posts is because I do not want me, my 30 years of Stalingrad research or my artwork to be associated with Lombardy Studios.
