Thanks for writing back.It is really cool of you to take the time out to write.I never got a chance ever to talk to a real WW2 German soldier before.I do have a few ideas for you.I do not know any Publishers Personally but I will give you a few ideas.
1.http://www.feldgrau.net/forum/index.php
Feldgrau Forum which has many professional historians and authors on it.Someone there may be able to help you out more
2.Jason Marks of Leaping Horsemen Books should be able to give you some solid ideas
3.My friend Michele who works for a book publisher.I will send her an email today for you.
And here is my meesage to her I just sent out for you.Hope it is OK with you.
Hi Michele:
I have an online penpal who was a soldier in the German Army in World War 2.He is one of the app. 6000 survivors of the Stalingrad Battle.
He was captured by the Russians at the end of January 1943 when the Germans Surrended.
He has written one book in English which I own and is an awesome read.Artilleryman In Stalingrad by Wigund Wustler published by Leaping Horsemen Books.
Here is the link:

Wigund has a second book of his memories which he would love to find a publisher who can edit his memories into English. There are many of us “Warhounds” who would love to
read his additional story but it is only in German. You may know of a way to get his tale published.I also know what you have told me of the slowness of the publishing
company and the layoffs at work still this is a specialized topic that appeals to a root set of folks like me.And we tend to buy up these Military History Books in Paper
Form as they go right into our collectible libraries.
Wigund is at least as old as my father and I do believe he is now 89 or over so if you could write me soon on this I would really appreciate it.I want to send him your reply
when I get it.
Thanks In Advance from Wigund and I !!!
Jordan
