Russ thank you for your prompt reply. No I did not know there were Luftnachtrichtenhelferin at Stalingrad. I was aware of some nurses on the outskirts of the city, at the airfields. Did you see the photographs I was talking about? I wonder if they are the same one's you have. I was interested to see if anyone knew who the people were and indeed if it was Stalingrad, or more than likely one of the airfields.
Any ideas?
