The majority of the roads are poor at best in the countryside. The main cities roads fair much better.

Thousand and thousand of villages but it could be 1-2 hour drive to the next one.

If I was going to drive it, I would use a Russian produce car so if you did have problems it would go faster.

Good people / bad people just like anywhere else in the world. Try not to stand out in a crown is the best defense.
