It is the Naval Industrial Reserve Ordnance Plant in Fridley, Minnesota. During the war we made, among other things, 5-inch 38 cal single and twin ("Navy Wants Twins!") antiaircraft gun mounts for the Navy. We still make those (currently the Mark 45 mod 4), and we also make the Mark 41 VLS (vertical launch system, the Navy's below-deck missile launch system) and we're also working on the new 6-inch AGS (advanced gun system) for the Navy's DDX program and the next generation self-propelled howitzer for the army, the "Crusader" replacement. Rummy canceled Crusader itself a couple of years ago. It's all good though...
