Big mistake IMHO, cuz any leverage he has now will be long gone when Hillary is President and the Dems retake the Senate. If he's smart, he'll allow a vote as long as Obama puts up a moderate nominee. However, that's unlikely because everybody knows that McCornhole and the do-nothing Repubes always put their party over the needs of the country. Scumbags, all of 'em!!!
