He's having a hard time getting across to voters...
And look at Graham... a couple of years ago, I'd have said he was an OBVIOUS PICK for the GOP nom...
Now he's going nowhere fast - only a matter of time before he succumbs to the inevitable - like Rick Perry and Scott Walker already have.
