Sometimes the words just pour out before the brain has had a chance to provide any input. 
At this point, Jindal (like most of the other Republican bottom dwellers) is just in the race in hopes of being able to jack up his speaking fees after he drops out. I'm sure he'll be a regular fixture on FOX next year.
