I go to my son's for Christmas Eve dinner and presents but am not asked to come on Christmas day. That is their big breakfast with their son and daughter, her husband and 2 daughters. Christmas Eve is when everyone unwraps what I give each of them and they give me. I don't think they want my daughter or her fiancee there on Christmas Day including me.
