My son and wife came down at 7:30 this morning to borrow my golf cart. The 4th festivities start here in town with a walk/run down my highway, past my house. They wanted to sit at the road and watch their son, my grandson Hunter and my granddaughter's husband run in the race. It was the first time they were involved. They both did well. It's a 2 mile run. I sat on my porch and watched them.

They borrowed my golf cart for the rest of the day. They love that thing. I have it to drive the 400' to the mailbox and to pull my trash can to the highway. Al would have loved it. I bought him a mobility scooter when he was here and he loved it. He would zip down to get the mail.

Then there will be a pancake breakfast downtown led by the boy scouts.I did run into the Dollar Store but had to come home. I got cramps with my IBS and had to run home quickly. When I got home I vomited all my breakfast up.
