Can't understand why the police or animal catchers haven't caught up with him after all the sightings. They warn us that black bear are protected but what happens if a child or any human is in danger? Actually why do we wait for that to happen? Seems to me they should go to the latest sighting and hunt him down with tranquilizer guns.
