Not much cooking going on here. It is salads, sandwiches and anything that can be microwaved. I do try to fix Karen some breakfast when she is here and I have been cooking some bacon in oven for my bacon and tomato sandwiches. Make up a pan full so I don't have to do it as often and do it early before it gets hot.Too hot to cook a full meal. We do order out occasionally too.
