Funny you should mention this. About a month ago I went to get out of bed and when I put my feet on the floor and stood up, pins and needles went up both legs and arms and are still there. Doctor sent me for x-rays and I have severe arthritis in lower back, moderate arthritis in neck with stenosis in C5 & C6 vertebrea. Looked up what stenosis in that area could cause and sure enough it can cause the pins and needles. I also have degeneration in some discs. Dr. said we could do MRI if it gets worse but not sure what good that will do. Surgery is not an option on my part. Could make it worse. So here we sit, tingling!!! Will talk to him about it again next time I go back. Don't know if physical therapy would help or not. Also my hands are a little numb.
