Every once in a while we get a glitch. Just enough to kick off the tv and internet causing it to reboot.

During the time we had what they called a dry hurricane, lots of high winds, we were without power for 6 or 7 days.Nobody on our side of the street had power but across the street, they had power.We had coolers with lunch meats, milk, etc.
I loved my outdoor solar lights. We'd bring them in each evening at dark and they provided us with lots of light for a few hours.

I had always had a gas stove but had changed to electric. I could have kicked myself because the gas stove would have been great for cooking and baking.
