Rarely... I am pretty into a schedule. I have told everyone that I don't watch much TV even though I have a new Samsung 75" smart tv. My grandson got it for me on sale for $400. He bought 4 of them for mom, dad, a friend of mom that wanted one ( she paid him for it and so did I) and me.

But I do read on my Kindle. I was very disciplined when I read. Well, I have learned if I read more I don't get lonely. So that is what I am doing and I am amazed at how much it has helped me. I get so many free books it's amazing.
