My sinuses and allergies have given me fits as a lot of peoples have.

She has me on Singular and Zyrtec.

Benadryl seems to help me more. So the other morning, I took the Zyrtec and the Benedryl. About 2-3 hours later, I woke up with my heart pounding so hard and so fast, it scared me.I called for my son and seriously, my top half of my body was jerking with every heartbeat.I told him to wait to call for help. I was in no pain and I wasn't having trouble breathing.just really heavy heart beats.
It let up after 4 or 5 minutes. But it scared us both.

I didn't say anything to Tracy, because it went away as quick as it came.

A while later she called to see how I was. I told her about the same with the sinuses. She asked me what I was taking and I told her Singular and Zyrtec, and Benedryl.Never mentioned my little episode. She said, your not taking Benadryl and Zyrtec together, are you? I told her yes.

She said Mom, you can't take those together, its dangerous. And then it dawned on me why I had the heart palpitations earlier. I told her what happened and she told me to toss the Benedryl. I've been fine since. Did you know it was a dangerous combination? She said I could have thrown a clot. I looked it up and sure enough, you should avoid taking both of them together.God was with this foolish person. Thank you, Lord!
