I used to never buy canned beef stew but I do now. It gets so expensive to but a roast, etc.
for just one or 2.

I started buying the regular size of Dinty Moore beef stew and heating it up and pouring it over rice. Yum..And the beef is so tender and good with potatoes and carrots in it and the sauce is so good.I think I pay less then $3.00 for it.I buy the packs of rice you can boil individually so you don't have a lot of extra rice. I buy the less sodium.

I always made everything from scratch but now I'm finding out there's some good stuff out there.
