My A1c was 9.1. My fault. Getting careless with my diet. Those morning bacon, egg, and.cheese bagels has got to go. (Waaaa) Don't have trouble avoiding sweets and pastas, but bread and potatoes are my downfall.mostly potatoes.

My blood pressure was 180/82. And I am now in Stage 3 kidney failure.



The only good thing was, I lost weight.

I've been under a lot of stress lately so the blood pressure was no surprise, even though I take BP medicine.

Got orders for more blood work.

At my age , I don't worry about death but, I do worry about strokes, There are many things worse the death.
