In my opinion since Biden had his DEI program there needs to be a review of all aviation hirees during that time. There are some jobs that are not suitable for disabled people. Transportation industry is one of them. But we do need to know the cause of these crashes. I know the plane that was flipped and the helicopter that collided with the plane were both piloted by women.
