I have learned that apple juice can help keep you regular. It has an ingredient sorbitol helps with constipation. Try to find one not made in China. That is disgusting when this country grows so many apples. I looked up Motts and it tries to make you believe that it is made here. Well I bought some and drank a glass then I saw one of those short videos on YouTube saying to read the fine print on the bottle itself.I went and got my bottle and yes it does say that. I don't drink anymore. If it goes in my mouth then I don't want it made in China.

I have bought Mussleman which I can only get in the large gallon jug in cider. I think is made here at least that is what I read. But I have to drive about 20 miles to 2 stores that handle it. In the video they also mentioned Tree Top apple juice which was made in the USA. So I am going to look for it.
