I used to make a dessert but I don't remember what they called it but it was delicious.

I'd buy a large container of cottage cheese, add a small box of powdered lime jello,(just the powder, not mixed) mix it well with the cottage cheese,sometimes I'd let it sit a few minutes to absorb the jello, Add a container of Cool Whip and mix well, then add a can of drained pineapple tidbits.Yum. I think I'll make that this week and for Easter.
