I do not eat well. I don't eat meat and rarely eat chicken or fish so that is not good. I used to make a smoothie every morning with fruit, protein powder and sometimes collagen powder. Then so many things started making my stomach hurt. The NP for my DR. gave me a script for Sucralfate to heal an ulcer if there was one. I took it for a couple weeks and now I seem to be about to eat and it not hurt. I lost 6 lbs when that was going on.
I will try my smoothies again with the powders. I do drink Ensure 30 grams of protein shake. When you can't exercise that makes it worse.
