We are having lots of fish fries with the Lent season.Our local paper lists all the area fish fries going on. We used to love going to them. One couple in Indiana had a business catering fish fries.

They had the best called Jonah style. All you could eat.I often wondered how many hundreds of pounds they had to fry up for all the customers.
