We have beef simmering in the crockpot. Its a beef and noodles day. Haven't had it in a long while.Usually its chicken and noodles.

I'm like Mickey when it comes to peeling potatoes. Very hard to do. I use a peeler but its cutting them in half or quarters that makes it tough.

Sams has good mashed potatoes so I buy them. I'm not crazy about some but their Members Mark are good. GFS does too.
