It is very frustrating for me to return something to Amazon. I live about 75 miles from a UPS return center so I must get a pre-paid return label. I have to call Amazon and jump through hoops to get customer service and then prove who I am. Then they send one to my email, I print it out and put it on the package.

I ordered a rectangle rug, memory foam for in front of my shower but decided I wanted it a little larger than what they were showing. So I changed the size which they had quite a few of. Then I went over and ordered it and what comes, one for in front of the commode. So I went over to see what happened and found out even though it's showing my rug if I changed the size it becomes another kind. I have never seen that before. The lady told me to keep it and she would reimburse my account. Which was very nice of her.
