The name I used for the attack was Final Crash, which is a variant of the Final Flash attack. The two have been used almost interchangeably in most of the DBZ video games. I based the naming decision on the color of the attack, you can see the two compared here:

I am going to look into the other issues you reported, I have been able to reproduce the Yamcha problem you reported and will check out that Dende fusion savestate.
