Also wondering if sitting/lying on flat or hard surfaces becomes more comfortable after stage 2 when you fill in the divots to the glute area. The discomfort now is very tolerable but I do find myself propping my bottom up on pillows to sleep and putting pillows in chairs when I sit-and sitting on hard floor is out for now.
Have to share that recently I have tried on swimsuits and real bras...haven't been able to do that in a very long time, and I actually cried-not something I do easily or often if you know me! Your work is beautiful and beyond restorative, mentally and physically. I am so blessed to have found your center. You change so many lives on a daily basis, thank you always just seems so inadequate to express the gratitude I feel. Take care Dr. D.
