Things happen for a reason. You're right, it does frustrate me to know that avoidable complications will be set into motion tomorrow morning for a woman somewhere. I have a wife, 2 daughters, a mother, and a sister. I want to do what I can to prevent them and other women from walking down a road that leaves them vulnerable and without the full empowerment of information when their health and wellbeing is at stake.
I can make speeches, write papers, develop an entire center, produce a website and much of it will fall on dead ears until women demand better. You and all the women affected have much more power than I do to effect change. Until all women become aware and demand improvement there will continue to be an endless number of women, for whatever reason, who are subjected to care that is far less than what modern technology can provide......
