Be careful with numbers. Although it seems intuitive that more experience will produce more reliable results, that doesn't always hold true in surgery because of the human element.
There are surgeons who do bad work their entire career and there are those who do beautiful work early on. The best case, is a surgeon who does beautiful work early on and then spends an entire career studying their results and searching for ways to constantly improve.........to be truthful, that is rare.
So in short, there is no number or mathematical formula to determine your likelihood of satisfaction with your team. The best way to research it is to speak directly to (and possibly even meet) women who have had your selected team as their caretakers. The satisfaction of the client will always be most telling.
