Ok, ignoring whats going on with the Womens first team, one of my gripes was the lack of opportunities for girls under about 14 at Everton.

A lot of clubs have ETC set up's for girls from the age of 8, and finally Everton have joined in opening up u10/u12/u14 age groups

Tonight I took my eldest, despite her being u9 next season, and honestly from getting into the car park, to the end of the session the treatment was next level. Us parents got given a presentation on the pathways they are looking to open up, there was a discussion on EiTC and the work they do, and then it was through to watching the session which was incredibly professional for a bunch of 8-10 year old girls.

In contrast, my daughter spent last season at that lot and they want her back (dont shoot me, Everton had nothing available) but tonight Everton blew their offering out of the water and so many people who support other teams said the same.
